This policy applies to all our excursions — buggies, Saona Island, Samaná, dolphins, Coco Bongo, Scape Park, private tours and others. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Refund schedule

Weather
Tours run rain or shine. In severe weather that poses a genuine safety risk, we reserve the right to reschedule the tour or issue a credit for future use.
Boat tours
Boat tours — Saona Island, Catamaran and Samaná — require cancellation more than 24 hours in advance to qualify for a 100% refund.
Coco Bongo
Coco Bongo show tickets are non-refundable. A date change is accepted once only.
How to cancel
Every cancellation must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal cancellations are not operationally valid. Write to tours@pericoripiaotours.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (829) 879-1332.
